Join the Board of Directors! The Horizon Drive Business Improvement District invites applications from individuals interested in serving on the Board of Directors. Appointments to the Horizon Drive District board are made by City Council for a term of four (4) years. The time required is approximately five hours monthly. Monthly board meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month, Interested individuals should submit a letter of interest and a resume or statement of qualifications. Please submit via email to

by Applications received by March 6, 2012 will be evaluated by the present board on Join our monthly meetings! Monthly board meetings are open to the public and are held on the second Wednesday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Generally, the meetings will occur in the second floor conference room at 2764 Compass Drive, Grand Junction, CO. On some occasions, the meeting may be moved to another location to better accommodate the expected number of attendees. Changes will be posted to this website. *the March 2012 Board meeting will be postponed one week, due to spring break. Your feedback and participation is a valuable component to the continued vitality of the District.
