The Horizon Drive District is pleased to announce that it has contracted with Ciavonne Roberts & Associates to begin design work for the corridor.  Ciavonne Roberts & Associates (CR&A) is a landscape architect firm in Grand Junction, Colorado.  CR&A has partnered with the Boulder firm of Winston & Associates for this project.  CR&A was selected from a pool of twelve design firms that responded to the District's October 2011 request for qualifications and proposal.  Stay tuned for more information and public input sessions by signing up for emails from the District.  Please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
